A goal Naansense had for a while is selling their sauces on the side, much in the same was as many Mexican restaurants do already. Below are my concepts for new labeling to be used on those bottles (and the old concept they had at the time). I aimed to put them firmly into a design space built on organized sections, Heading, Subheading and Body Copy logic and a simple color code that denoted spice levels from a distance.
A little pie in the sky, a little practical. I produced visual aides to help with the remodeling process at both Naansense locations. In these examples I'm exhibiting what hexagonal tile looks like over the wood facade at the counter- what subway tiles look like on the kitchen backsplash and a custom made planter box installation. Ultimately the tile was installed and made a great addition to their plans to lighten up the space with more neutral materials.
